This will be a very interesting year for him. The last two seasons he has been able to hide behide SK and others and chip in here and there. Next year five points a game will not cut it, there's no one to hide behind. He must be a leader for his team.

On his official statement, he asked for his release to stay closer to his family because his grandmother has passed and other family issues. I would guess he is going to Rhode Island since he is from New England.

It amazes me every time we don't get a recruit we thought we were going to get, the board divides into multiple groups. There's the "we backed off" group, the "Mick messed up" group, the "we don't need him anyway" group and so on. Its recruiting. We don't know and probably won't ever know...

Nederlander sounds like they just want a free upgrade of their facilities. They don't care if its UC for basketball or the city for the RNC. I don't necessarily blame them but they just seem very out of touch with both situations and are just sitting on their hands until either party offers them...
