They have one of the league's best players in junior guard Dominique Jones, who ranks third in the conference in scoring with a 19.5-point average. Jones scored 30 last year in USF's 70-59 victory over the Bearcats.
"He scores in every way you can score," said UC coach Mick Cronin. "He moves without the basketball as well as anybody in our league. With the basketball, he creates his own shot and he also gets other people shots and he does it without forcing a lot of stuff. He's a highly productive player that doesn't make a lot of mistakes. He takes very few tough shots and doesn't turn the ball over a lot."

UC up at half by 9. Vaughn has 13, and looks like his old self. Gates strong early, didn't play much of the last 10 min of the first half. Toyloy playing well, as is Parker..who started. Defense needs to improve, but nice way to finish last couple minutes or so.
