It took less than 24 hours for Sanford Seminole junior linebacker Serderius Bryant to clarify his Ole Miss soft commitment, putting it on hold until he gets a chance to visit the campus.
UCF has offered Bryant and is still pursuing the talented athlete.

Class of 2011 ESPNU 150 Watch List linebacker / athlete Serderius Bryant (Sanford, Fla./Seminole) has received written scholarship offers from Florida State, Miami-FL and Central Florida, according to Seminole coach Henry Anderson.
Other programs such as South Carolina and Georgia Tech are also recruiting the 5-foot-10, 192-pound defender.
Bryant was all over the field as a sophomore, registering 121 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and 10 sacks.
At the Under Armour Orlando Combine he posted a 4.56 40-yard dash, 4.38 20-yard shuttle, 7.75 three-cone drill, 31.5-inch vertical and 8-foot-4 broad jump.

LB Serdarius Bryant (5-11 214) of Sanford, FL has received an offer from UCF and has verbal offers from FSU and Miami. Bryant says he is hearing from a lot of schools including USC and Clemson. "I went to a game at South Carolina last year," said Bryant. "I really liked it. They showed me the campus and it was nice. There was a lot of hype surrounding the game and I really liked their fan base. It was a great atmosphere." He also has interest in Clemson. "I haven't visited yet but I know they do a good job of putting players in the NFL," he said. "Especially defensive players," he added. Bryant says the schools he is most interested in right now are USC, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Illinois, UCF, and Miami. He is hearing from each. As a junior, he had 158 tackles, 13 for loss, and eight sacks on defense. He also rushed the ball 12 times for 152 yards and five touchdowns. Bryant plans to go to UCF and Florida for their Junior Days and is hopeful to make it to USC for theirs as well. He did not name a leader.

Bryant registered 154 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles and one pass breakup last fall. As a sophomore, he recorded 121 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and 10 sacks.
