Article from March (Mlive.com) when CMU offered him...

Central Michigan coach Dan Enos continues his assault on in-state talent by offering 6-foot-4 wide out Jake Duzey of Athens High School (Mich.).

Duzey is a bit of a sleeper right now, which I attribute to him struggling for air on a 2 - 7 Redhawk team.

Depite Athen's struggles, Duzey still managed to close out his season with 535 yards, 37 catches, and six touchdowns. He also rushed for two touchdowns and had two interceptions on defense.

Like Tim Hamilton (Brother Rice), Duzey was offered during Central Michigan's Junior Day last Sunday, and his CMU offer is the first for the talented receiver.

Duzey is a player who was being recruited by Enos when he was at Michigan State, and perhaps it is a little ironic that Enos did such a great job of selling Duzey on "Spartyland," that Duzey is not shy about professing his fondness for MSU.

Now Enos's task will be to convince him that Central Michigan is just as good (if not better) than MSU.

Duzey's highlights tell the story of a great possession receiver with immense intangibles. He is unselfish, plays to the whistle, and I was impressed with some of the blocks he threw to spring his teammates down the field.

Given his body type and work ethic Duzey is destined to be compared to Michigan State receiver Blair White. I believe this is an accurate comparison because White was one of the few players I saw in 2009 who was nimble enough -- he is 6-foot-4 -- to take a screen pass 60 yards (through traffic) to the endzone -- Duzey has the same athleticism.

While Duzey has White's athleticism, I am not sure that he has White's speed. So, when coach Enos talks about using "two tight-end sets" in his press conferences, I could potentially see Duzey being the pass catching tight-end in that formation.

Central Michigan already has an offer out to a 6-foot-4 receiver in Kenny Knight, and I would rate Duzey just a hair below Knight.

Duzey is a terrific prospect and it will be interesting to see how much his stock rises this summer. I am predicting Duzey will get several MAC offers and potentially a BIG 10 offer, so it is a credit to Coach Enos that he had the savvy to offer Duzey early in the recruiting cycle.

This guy is tall and fast. I'm surprised more teams aren't showing interest, to be honest. He's come out of nowhere, I'm guessing his offer list will be pretty good with solid summer camp showings.
