Picked up an offer from Cincinnati last week. Also has offers from Bowling Green, Ohio and Toledo. Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisville, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Pitt, Syracuse and Wisconsin are showing interest.

Running back, wide receiver and linebacker a few spots where he could wind up. Running back and linebacker seem more likely. Has a 31 inch vertical and 10'0 broad jump. Does very well at camps and combines. Perkins finished his junior season with 783 yards on 85 carries, ten receptions for 180 yards and 13 sacks and 21 tackles for loss.
