Good leader with a great floor presence. Can shoot out to the 3 point line needs to be more consistent with his shot though. Gibbs is smart and uses a variety of moves to score. He is a winner and his teammates seem to play off of him and he knows how to put them in a position to be better.

Based on his offer list, not a real big loss. I'd bet he is no where near the top of Mick's list of PG's being recruited for this class.
