Tim Adams from Bearcatjournal is reporting the following eight players have signed LOI's to play baseball at UC next spring.
1. A. J. Bumpass OF (N. Durham, NC)
2. Jordan Ramey CF/2B (Moeller)
3. Cal Jarrett RHP (Dixon, IL)
4. Cole Murphy 1B/RHP (Walnut Hills)
5. Vince Augustine OF (Seneca Valley, PA)
6. Ryan Bettcher LHP (Lakeville, IN)
7. A. J. Kullman RHP (Olentangy, OH)
8. Jack Bergren LHP (Chicago, IL)
Looks like a good crop to me. Two left handed pitchers are very important. Last year, a number of times, teams would throw all left handed hitters against UC because we had NO left handed pitchers. That won't happen this year. We have a slew of lefties that signed last year and two more this year. Coach Neal is doing an outstanding job.
