Best Moments of Previous Basketball/Football Season

Someone I follow on twitter is doing a combined countdown on Twitter and I thought it was a good idea to carry over here.

Lets throw out the moments and I will make a poll to see where everything ranks.

Ill start:

- Bearcats running over Vandy in Liberty Bowl. Great crowd and great game. Seeing Butch's enthusiasm at the pep rally was classic. Ended a great career for Pead.

- Syracuse win at the Garden

- Beating FSU in a rock fight in the 2nd round. Will never forget Dions steal and dunk

- Collaros leading the comeback vs USF

- Bearcats storming back to beat OU in basketball. Looked dead in the water.

- Gtwon in Big East tourny. Yancy took over that game. Best game of his career.

- Uconn football game because it secured a Big East title post BK

- SK's answering Nappier's three with his own game winning three @ Uconn

- Beating Louisville and Marquette to end the home game season.

Any others?

I would say beating UL at Paul Brown. Doesnt seem like a big victory but that allowed us to keep the Keg of Nails at UC for 4 years straight. The seniors on this team last year(unless they were redshirted) have never lost the Keg in their 4 years at UC. Just speaks to how much that class has done for the program.

The best moment of the 2011-2012 basketball season by a large margin was Yancy Gates decking Kenny Freaze.

When the Legend entered the shoe and everyone turned and removed their caps and watched me take my seat..... It was at that point in life, that i knew i had made it.

My favorite moment was Kenyon Martin completely taking over the Depaul game and bringing UC back for the win. One of the most outstanding individual performances I have ever seen. I also loved Logan driving the length of the floor with like 4-5 seconds left and making a lay up to tie Memphis and send the game into overtime. UC won the game.

Even more specific, when UC gave up the lead early in the fourth and Abernathy took the ball to the house to give them the lead right back (and what turned out for good) and the ensuing three and out the defense put forth. I've never heard a Bearcat crowd so loud and crazy.
