Big East has 9 teams ranked in the Top 25....

it's hard to believe that 1 conference can have that many teams in the top 25. Just based on that, we should get 9 teams in the NCAA tournament, if 9 are ranked. I think possibly St. Johns would be the 10th team in. Going to be interesting to see how the season plays out.

it is amazing to see the difference each year in conferences...the ACC only has one team in the top 25 (Duke)...the PAC-10 has still not returned to form yet either...maybe it is possible that the BEast gets 11 teams in the tourney like one of the brackets predict (collegeRPI.com).

Out of those 9 plus Marquette and St. Johns, I think the Bearcats will battle those last two for a spot. I can see 9 or even 10 this year but 11 will be very difficult either uc, marquette and the johnnies will be left out come selection time.

Well, I think the conference will end up beating up on each other. Wont see 9 teams ranked come slection time. 9 teams in the tournament is a possibility, 10 is just too much IMO.
