I think UC is hands down the most consistent team in the league. I would say they are the best as well at the moment...

Syracuse, Pitt, UL, USF can play well at times but there is absolutely no predicting when or for how long.

I think it'll be UC, Boise, UL and 1 other team each year setting the standard.

That 4th team will rotate. But year on year I think there will be a big 3... well big 3 for the BIg east anyhow.
