Has anyone noticed Mbodji is averaging 9.5 ppg and 5.5 rpg and 1.5 bpg in the last 2 outings? I'd be estatic is we could ger 8-10 ppg and 6 rpg from him the rest of the way. I like how the staff has changed where he offense is flowing thru. It seems to have opened the interior, and Cheikh is dunking as opposed to merely lighting putting a shot up.

Jeff with the nine day break it very easy to see what the Cats worked on. Getting more scoring out of the post Most notably Modj. As I've mentioned before its a shame he pretty much lost his whole first year to suspension and injured ankle.

He has looked really good defending around the rim and finishing too. A big part to his 9.5 ppg has been his ability to run the fast break/press breaker and our players making good passes to him. If we continue to run the fast break/press breaker like we did against Rutgers he should continue to see the points.

Cheikh had the quietest 10 points at the game IMO. All I know is that I look up and he had to points and he was player well for the most part. He got called on a foul that wasnt a foul by the greatness that is Jim Burr and he had to be taken out as a result so he could have had even better numbers. If Cheikh continues to play like he did for past 2 games and JJ plays like he did last game we will be a tough team down low. I would love to see both of them keep this level of play for the rest of the year.

"The greatness that is Jim Burr." hahahaha!!! That made me laugh. Thanks for that. :D I think, if I ever play fantasy basketball again, that might just be my team name. Of course, it has nothing to do with the NBA but who cares.

The play from Cheikh that was most surprising to me was the alley oop slam. When Rubles threw that up I was trying to figure out who in the heck he was throwing that to. And then out of nowhere, Cheikh comes flying to the rim. Pretty fun to watch. It makes me wish I wasn't a 5'9" white guy with no hops sometimes.
