As I'm writing this, we sit at 10-3, are ranked #55 in the NET, and #74 in KenPom.

Regardless of where we stand in respect to your preseason expectations, I hope we can all agree that this team has given itself a chance to compete in the AAC and at minimum play in the NIT by season's end.

Here is our remaining regular season schedule:

12/28 - @ Houston: Q1
1/1 - Tulane: Q4
1/6 - SMU: Q3
1/9 - @ Memphis: Q1
1/12 - East Carolina: Q4
1/16 - @ Wichita State: Q1
1/20 - Tulsa: Q4
1/25 - @ Temple: Q3
1/30 - @ East Carolina: Q3
2/3 - Memphis: Q2
2/6 - Houston: Q1
2/9 - @ USF: Q4
2/12 - @ Tulsa: Q3
2/17 - Wichita State: Q2
2/20- Temple: Q4
2/23 - @ UCF: Q1
2/26 -USF: Q4
3/3 - @ SMU: Q2

How do you think we'll fare in conference play?

Torvik has us favored by 62% or more in 11 games. I am going to guess we lose about two of those games. I think we will pick up at least one game we are not favored in...maybe 2.

We probably lose to Houston twice and Memphis at home as somewhat sure bets. If we can split the other 4 games we are dogs in we can go 11-7. Have to assume Wes can learn and adapt a little better than an average coach but this is his first AAC year so who knows. He hasn't adapted a lot yet.

I would put the over under at 10 wins plus or minus 2. So between 8-12 wins. I voted 11-7. By the way I think it will take about 13-5 to get in the dance or minimum of 12-6 with a couple tourney wins.
