I've seen a few websites where they have the game time @ noon. Is this accurate? I was told that it wasn't going to be announced until Sunday.

It has not been announced. I think ESPN makes all the games like at 12 until the time comes out. I think most people believe that if both teams win this weekend it will be a 330 game and if one or both lose it will be a noon kickoff.
I would be really surprised if it was a night game with the Bengals playing a 1 oclock game with the Steelers the next day although some claim that will not factor.

Whether there is a Bengals game there the next day has zero effect on what time the game is. TV, and TV only, dictate the time of the game.

Its expected to be either a 3:30 or 7 pm start. I believe Mike Brown does have some say if the Bengals play a day game the next day. At any rate, I think it'll be a 3:30 start.
