Maybe I'm the only one incredibly jacked about this, but the turf is now completely down on the full field... the numbers and lettering on the far endzone just need to be applied and then the finishing touches put on... it's coming together folks!!!

It is another step in becoming a big time program. A long way to go but it is a good step. BK did us a big favor with this one.

As Butch talks about often... it's laying the foundation for a nationally relevant program... not just a nationally relevant team...

There are updated renderings on the Gobearcats webpage that show some slight alterations to the practice facility... I'm wondering how accurate they are... the main thing that stood out to me was the walkway and roundabout area between the two fields which in the original renderings was either brick or some sort of material other than concrete and had the C-Paw on the ground in between the two fields... in the new renderings it is shown as just concrete with no C-Paw... I thought that was one of the best touches in the original rendering so I hope the plans aren't for a boring concrete walkway now... though I'll understand if money ran out...

As for the press box and stands, it looks better and more detailed in the new renderings...
