I'm hearing from a source of mine that Brian Kelly is not an option at all in the Notre Dame coaching search because of some political contacts of his, namely John Kerry and a couple folks from his time at Assumption. I'd imagine unless they strike out on multiple levels, it looks like we shouldn't have to worry about Notre Dame taking Brian.
