Good to see them ranked so highly. Usually UC doesn't fair to good in Kenpom rankings.

I think Cincinnati has a shot to win the National Championship IF a few things break their way from a personnel perspective. Good luck staying healthy.

Not to bash these rankings, I love seeing this team get some recognition, but KenPom really takes roster turnover in account when he does preseason rankings. I am sure UC returning all of the talent helps bump us up a bit. I think 14 might be too high for right now, have to wait and see what the team actually looks like come December when the non-conference gets tough.

I linked an article a while ago about preseason rankings actually being a good predictor of post-season success. It would be interesting to see last season's preseason kenpom compared to how team's finished in the tourney. I looked on the website but could only access the final rankings.
