Anyone else see this? No joke, Jose Reyes, Mark Buehrle, Josh Johnson, John Buck, and Emilio Bonafacio to blue jays for Yuenel Escobar, 2 good prospects, and a few crappy players. And we think Mike Brown is cheap!

at least they have two championships! There cheap works lol

I'm a huge Jays fan and love this trade! Really fills a few gaps that we need to address this offseason, plus Yunel had really gotta out of favour here in the city the last few months of the year. The prospects we gave up are gonna be very good players tho, Hech is already the best defensive shortstop in baseball, and yes I know that sounds ludacris, but its completely true. Marisnik is gonna be a few years away but will be a good player and Nicolino is gonna be a very good starter in a few years, fireball lefty.

Not as one sided as most people think this trade is but its a great move for a team that really needs to win now in the Jays.

They just signed Melky Cabrera as well. The Jays aren't playing around. The Marlins are what they are. Their city does not support their team. Every five years or so they blow the payroll to try to win and sell off their players the next year. It worked twice and they thought they had enough talent to do it last year. It failed. MLB should've moved that franchise before the taxpayers shelled out money for a stadium.
