It was a good listen, nothing really new being said. But it was nice to hear another head coach's opinion on scheduling which just confirms the difficulty in scheduling home and home games. I will say it sure seems every year Mick is more respected and offers good insight inside college bball. Can't wait for the season to start!

Speaking of respect, I thought about this the other day. With Calhoun gone and Pitt, Syracuse and ND on their way out. Mick will be one of the longest tenured coaches in the Big East. I know Pitino and Wright from Villanova have been around longer, not sure of anyone else. I think Mick is only starting to get some respect from Big East refs but no where near what some of the HOF coaches have always gotten. Hopefully this begins to change soon. All of a sudden Mick is a veteran.
