It could’ve been Roger Bacon High School on Sunday. They would’ve played down to the competitions level and found a way to lose. At least that’s what it feels like as a UC fan right now. Obviously thats an exaggeration( but seriously that Hudson kid can play AND I think he’ll be a Bearcat on the football side.) but I don’t know what to think about this team.

Marquette didn’t play that well. In fact the kid that Gates supposedly couldn’t defend wasn’t effective at all until the end of the game when hmmmmm Gates was on the bench. I didn’t even listen to the post game like I usually do cause If I have to hear Cronin spew the same excuses again I might just spew myself. Hell Sean Miller was calling him out for being full of BS excuses in his postgame interview over the weekend. Hypothetically. Could’ve been talking about anyone. Ya I’m probably reading into it. Sorry Sean.

There were no excuses given on the post game show. Mick said the game came down to free throw shooting, UC was 8-16, Marquette 16-17, end of story.
