All of them guys except millsap, M.Gasol and lowray were can't miss talent coming into draft.

I would guess Kobe was probably 5 star since he skipped the college route.
 
Well I know steph curry wasn't highly rated coming out of high school. According to Seth Greenberg, Curry wanted to go to Va Tech, but Greenberg only would offer him to walk on. He wasn't alone either given Curry ended up at Davidson of all places.

As far as his actual ranking though, I'm not sure.
