OT: WVU's top recruit may be ineligible

There are reports that Jabari Hinds may not qualify to play this season. If he does not, that is a big blow to the WVU program. A WVU site is drawing this information off of tweets by Hines himself. Zagsblog however is saying he will be qualified according to his coach: “When he’s there in August he’ll be fully qualified,” Mount Vernon High coach Bob Cimmino told SNY.tv.
