We have 2 losses now, and will likely have 2 going into conference play. There are 3 very good teams in our conference (Louisville, UConn, Memphis), 2 bubble-ish teams (us and SMU) and 5 pretty bad teams. We play each twice... I'll give us 2-6 against the good teams and 9-1 against the bad teams. So I'm putting my under/over at 9 losses. I think we will be right on the bubble and will be sweating the selection show if we don't pick up another quality win in the conference tournament.

Actually, I changed my mind. I will agree with you on 8 losses. 2-6 or 3-5 against the good teams in conference, 9-1 or 10-0 against the bad teams.

My expert predictions:
Split Pitt, UNM, Xavier and NC State- 2 DONE.
Split with Memphis and UConn- 2
Swept by Louisville- 2
Other tough road games (@SMU, @Temple, @USF)- 2

23-8 is my prediction right now. With wins over Pitt, NC State, SMU, Memphis and UConn and no bad losses would put Cincinnati around the bubble range. Probably will need to beat Memphis/Louisville/UConn in the conference tournament to be comfortable. Even with a few bad losses, I do not see UC finishing worse than 5th which would get them another tournament quality game in the conference tournament.

Wrong.

We split with uCONn and Loserville but sweep Mumphis.

We lose one were supposed to win. Thats 8 exactly but win AAC tourney

What is wrong is your shoddy math. If we split UConn and Louisville (2 losses), sweep Memphis (0 losses), lose one we're not supposed to (1 loss) and have 2 losses in non-conference play... that's 5.

1 loss at Loserville
1 loss at uCONn
1 loss at Southern Meth U
1 loss at South Floridont
1 loss at u central floriduh

So we'll have 7 losses total. No need for insults
