This could be the best thing to happen to our 2011 class.

IMO "Mr. White Suit" is getting tired of the ville and wants out. With the ego this classless clown has I'm sure his poor attempt at the NBA in Boston still leaves a sour taste in his mouth. Look at Pete Carroll....he had the world at SC but needed to prove himself in the NFL after failing in New England.

Dont forget that Ricky is from the NY area and would love to get back to his home state, where bedding "pirate hookers" on a booth at the local Bennigans is not frowned upon.

It's never frowned upon in my book, but who's asking me?

This could be huge regarding Michael Chandler (6'11" C, 2011 UL commit; we offered and recruited him) and Ryan Taylor (6'5" SF, 2011 UL commit; we offered and recruited him). We went after both kids, but they picked U of L.

If Pitino leaves, Cronin stays because he will land a few of these top recruits.

Sometimes Coaches, like Pete Carroll, do it for a new challange. He loved being at USC but was ready for something knew. I wouldnt say he or Rick are classless clowns for doing that.
 
I have heard that big names dont want pitino there anymore and are trying to push him out the door. I also believe that his family no longer wants to be in louville.
 
I think his family wants him as far away from that restaurant as possible. Maybe coach the Japanese national team? :)

For the record I think they are both classless clowns, and I'm not sure how you know this. I dont think its a coincidence that he is leaving SC in the middle of their scandal. I also dont think its a coincidence that Pitino is rumored to other jobs after what happened last year.
 
Petey was the west coast version of Urban Meyer. Pitino is not much better, if at all.
The fact that the media has given all of them passes for years, is telling.
Huggins, for all his faults, usually had great loyalty from his players, and vice versa. RichRod at Michigan is another one of these coaches, who's lack of focus on 'family' will catch up to him.

By big names to you mean people with really long names or people that are high up in the athletic department?
