Ranking the Sweet 16

I think we're better than Baylor and right there with Marquette. But none of this matters if we take down OSU. We know we can beat Syracuse and Wisconsin will be a close one because of their style of play.

Personally I would love to see a UC vs Wisconsin game in the Elite 8. If we can get by OSU then I think that matchup would be an epic game. Maybe the ugliest basketball game that has ever been played. It would make the UC vs FSU game look like a pillow fight. The prospect of playing Syracuse again really scares me so go UC and go Wisconsin and let's get back to the Final 4.

I really want to play Wisconsin, not only is that a very winable game I just want to play teams outside the big east!

Syracuse is too high on his list. Marquette is definitely being overlooked as a real contender. I'd think that Marquette could beat Syracuse (without Fab) 4 out of 5 times. Baylor is also underranked in my opinion.

This is how I would rank the teams:
1. UNC (with K. Marshall, Henson)
2. Kentucky
3. Baylor
4. Kansas
5. Marquette
6. Louisville
7. Michigan State
8. Syracuse (without F. Melo)
9. Ohio State
10. Cincinnati
11. Wisconsin
12. Xavier
13. Florida
14. NC State
15. Indiana
16. Ohio

Watch out for Florida, they are playing good ball right now, a scary team at this point in the tourny.

I tweeted mike d about this and told him he was ridiculous. Uc is much better than the.tenth best team left. He got all defensive as usual because he knows I'm right

Mike's article was about who has the best chance to win it all. You can think Mike underrated UC, but UC has probably the toughest draw of any team left in the bracket. To win it all, they would likely have to beat:

OSU
Syracuse
Kansas
Kentucky

That is ridiculous.

In march there is no such thing as being an expert at college basketball, there are to many different things that come into play. Last year there is no way the experts said VCU and Butler, had legitimate chances to make the final four. There are really 14 teams left that i truly believe can make the final four besides (OHIO and Xavier) All the teams that have made it this far are going to be preparing for the games exetremely hard and all the kids have been thinking about, was there next game ever since they won on ether saturday or sunday. The emotions of the kids that play in the march madness tournament can in no-way be compared to games in the regular season, All of the hype and expectations made by all of us building on these 18-22 year old kids is unreal. The people who handle themselves under pressure will do the best in this tournament you look at Kemba last year, he loves the pressure moments and thats why they won.... Thats why everyone loves march madness, because it's no longer just a basketball game, its you being able to say are team playing at are best beats your team playing at your best, and thats why the NCAA tournament is the most entertaining thing to watch in all of sports because it is truly won by who ever loves the game the most.

Yeah, 7-10 range seems more reasonable.
