UC is one of two teams in the country that have multiple top 25 road wins. The other is Pitt. Sorry if this was posted somewhere already my phone is my only source of internet until I get a new laptop. That is a great stat.

The resume as it stands right now is pretty impressive. It could get a whole lot more impressive if they're able to pick up one or two more top-25 wins in these last three regular season games and the Big East tournament. I think this team can position itself for a six seed if they take two out of the next three and win at least one game in the Big East tournament.

Ok, this is a bit far fetched, I admit but I am curious to hear what everything thinks about this.

If UC wins 2 of the next three (let's say UC wins the two at home for argument's sake) and wins 1 in the Big East Tournament, is it unreasonable to think they could be as high as a 4 seed? Before you scoff at this, hear me out. You will have at least 5 Top 25 RPI wins (not sure where UCONN is at the moment) and maybe 6. You will be somewhere between 6-7 and 7-7 against Top 50 RPI teams. You will be looking at a top 25 ranking (which means nothing in terms of seeding). And you will be looking at 7-3 in their final 10 games (including 1 and 1 in BEAST Tourney). The overall record would be 25-8 (11-7) and I would guess the RPI would be around 25 or so as well.

I don't expect a 4 seed and would be shocked if they got one, but is it really out of the question? I don't think so. I think a 6 or 7 is probably more likely but I think this team has done enough to warrant a higher seed than an 8 or a 9.

I think if they win 2 out of the final 3 regular season games and win 1 in @ MSG they will DESERVE a 5 or 6 seed. Will they get it? Remains to be seen. I really think this is a likely scenario. The game Sunday is definitely winnable.

There are some teams currently in the Top 25 that have horrible losses and very few good wins. I am going to be shocked if these teams continue to be ahead of us.

i think they will deserve a 4 seed because i do believe they are one of the top 16 teams in the country but i have a feeling they will end up with a 6. which i would be content with
