Actually that was not the context of the quote. Koch took the quote out of a conversation they were having when Mick mentioned not using the available scholarship. Mick said that there was no one out there that was going to make an immediate impact and that SK was the answer for that.
And SK should almost definitely make the biggest impact of any of the new players, which is the real context of what Mick was talking about.
