ND beats Georgetown and St. John's wins by 10 at WVU. Life in the Big East gets tough when you look at your players and there are no John Belein recruits there to put into the game.

Ha Ralph your trying to pick fights.

Seriously though, winning on the road in the Big East is damn tough. What is the road records so far? Has anyone won?

St. Johns has 9 seniors. They won't be a give me this season. The Notre Dame/Georgetown game surprised me some. But the Irish are tough to beat in South Bend. I'm still not sold on them. Georgetown is very beatable when 3's aren't falling. Right now I say it's Syracuse and Pitt that the rest are chasing.

The BE has lots of parity this year. Although that's usually the case. However, there isn't a true top and bottom tier, as of yet.

ND has to easily be one of the 5 worst places to play in the entire country. I swear, every time I see them play a conference game, I think they're using the ND league officials, rather than BE officials. They're always tough at home, which of course we have the privilege of playing at AGAIN this year. (I don't think we've ever won there)

All that said, I really don't think they're that good. They will play smart though, won't turn it over, and just chuck 3's. And if we even breathe on a player they'll get the call. I predict already, that they'll make more FT's than we'll attempt.

Ha, I just checked the box score to see what the ND-GT game looked like in FT disparity. (Reminds of a fictional stat line you might see in Glory Road, where Texas Southern is playing Hicksville College (MS) in their gym with no cameras and/or radio)

GT - 5 of 9 from line
ND - 22 of 27 from line

When you make well more than double what you opponent attempts, in a game featuring equal level teams, then that's home cooking at it's finest.
