I received a brochure in the mail today for www.ucgoldenspikeclub.com. This is a donation link to the track and field teams. As many of you know these teams lost their scholarships due to budget cuts and are now doing the student-athlete gig on their own dime. Here's the good part. Donations to these teams and swimming and diving (who are now in the same boat) count toward your UCATS priority points. Not that they're is anything wrong with the other sports but you have a chance to make a real financial difference here.
