Yep, Fickell has done a great job building the staff, recruiting the area, and getting results from a very young team. It’s great to know that these players will be around for a while with more local kids coming in.

I really like the intensity, technique and fundamentals the front 7 on D are playing with. The last few years we didn't really see that even though most of these guys are the same guys that were playing through those rough years (Broughton, Copeland, Fitz, etc). I'm sure it's a mix of coaching and enthusiasm/attitude...but it's great to see. I think Broughton has a shot to get drafted.

The DBs are much improved as well (as they were HORRENDOUS under Tubs). But still have some rather large mistakes/brainfarts. But still, much improved.
