UC vs. Delaware State - TV?

I can't find it on Time Warner Cable, which is fairly ridiculous. How do people plan on watching this game?

Either go to the game (plenty of tickets left) or ESPN3.

Yup. No TV except for ESPN3/WatchESPN. I will be at the game so it doesn't matter for me.
