UC is 5-1, and starting to regain that look from the glory days. Fast, aggressive, even dominating at times. My question is how many games can we legitimately win this year? The BE schedule is tough...though the conference lost some marquee players last year, the so-called 'bottom teams' are better due to the return of many of their key players (see UC).

We will see what happens. I voted 20-22 wins this year, and I think I'm being generous. I hope that I'm wrong and we are in the 25-27 range.
Sorry to be so pessimistic, but it has been so long since we've had a legitimate winning attitude in this town, it's difficult to get excited, just to have the hammer fall late in the season.

Before the season started I probably would have said 20-22, and I'm quite the optimist. But the way this team battled in Maui showed me a mental toughness that I haven't seen from a Bearcats team in some time. On top of that, Lance seems to be getting it, and Dion Dixon and Rashad Bishop are playing much better than I would have given them credit for.
I say 23-26 games and at least 1 NCAA tournament win.
