Which coaches come w/ Kelly?

Supposedly at least two ND coaches will be retained. These would be:

Rob Ianello - Assistant Head Coach (Off)/Receivers Coach & Recruiting Coordinator

Tony Alford - Running Backs Coach

Ianello is a strong recruiter, and the ND admin would obviously want him to continue in those efforts. Judging from ND's WR's, he can apparently coach as well.
Tony is fairly new at ND, but has done a good job in terms of production the past year.


As far as which UC coaches would come w/ Kelly......
(and this is total speculation at this point)

Most would come, but obviously they would need to find a new role for the WR and RB coaches. My question would be does Coombs stay at UC, as well as one or both of the former position coaches that may not be needed.

Well.....Ianello is getting looks from a couple of small schools as a possible HC. This stuff is changing every hour...so there could be room for a recruiting coord and a WR coach.
I'm sure this stuff is being negotiated, but none of this will be ironed out fully until the ND/UC/other options/ are finalized.

Ianello may end up at Akron, and hearing that Alford is being targeted by Florida....who's own coaches are getting poached by the new Louisville coach.
Coach Polian at ND is supposed to be a solid recruiter, perhaps BK can retain him......which could be needed.

Ianello to akron is done. Scratch him off the list of coaches at ND.
