Who on here works out regularly? I'm looking to work out on a more regular basis and also looking to clean my diet up a bit. What low fat foods should I look to for regular consumption in my diet? Likewise, what are the best foods as far as Protein/amino acids for building muscle before and after my workout? I know Salmon is very good... nuts pack a lot of protein as well.
