    @Houston

    At least most people had the right winner.

    Kyle's points were the difference tonight. They got us the separation early in the second half. We all focus on this team's offense - with good reason - because we're used to being good defensively. However, I think we have under appreciated how good this team is defensively. And as others...

    Hmmmm.... Nope.

    @Houston

    Exactly. I think some people are too worried about style points. Just win baby!

    @Houston

    I'm good with that! lol

    Your score is also very likely Jacob. I'm just hoping The pace is such that the scores are out of the 60's. History favors your scores over mine.

    @Houston

    Agreed. Hard to imagine he doesn't play. I think first team to 70 wins. If we can keep Kyle on the floor, I like our chances. If it's a rock fight, anything can happen. I'll go out on a limb with UC - 73 You - 71 Go Cats!

    Just like Gary Clark, Jacob Evans, Jarron Cumberland, Kyle Washington and Cane Broome were also Mick recruits.

    National Championship Game

    No rooting interest in this one, but I'll pull for Clemson to break up the monotony. If I had to lay money, it would be on Bama.

    Lol!

    There appears to be about 600 people at the game. Houston's fans are pathetic. To think we could have been squeezed out of the B12 to those guys because they caught lightning in a bottle with Herman is a joke. So far, a pretty uninspiring effort by both teams.

    @Houston

    I know Cronin talks about KJ being the best on-the-ball defender, but from what I've seen this year - I think Evans is better. He's just as athletic, is slightly taller and creates more steals than KJ (although I wouldn't be surprised if KJ creates slightly more deflections). This is not a...

    @Houston

    Absolutely. However, it will be worth it if it helps them get the W at Houston on Saturday.

    Tulane

    Agreed. Many were worried that KJ would hold this team back. Early on it looked that way. However, he's played well the past 6-7 games. Troy is playing ok, but certainly not shooting it very well. His shot looks ok, so I assume he'll shoot at a better clip as we move along. The biggest...

    @Houston

    Doesn't sound like a good match up for Kyle. He may not be able to play enough defense to get many minutes. We'll see. This would certainly be a nice road win if we can pull it off. Having a week to prepare should help us.

    Top 25/KenPom/RPI/BPI

    We've moved to #19 in KenPom after Tulane last night. AdjO at 57 AdjD at 4 I would have thought the offense might have ticked upward a little after last night. I'd like to see us get it back in the top 50. Obviously our defense is fine. Not much room for improvement there.

    Your credibility might be waning a bit on comments like this. Just sayin'.

    Sooo. We cheer for OSU for 2 games?

    I've never enjoyed watching a football game more than I did the OSU-Clemson game last night. Loved it! Welcome Coach Fickell! You're a bearcat now! Go Cats!

    We played in the greatest basketball conference ever created not too long ago. Not that hard to imagine.

    Shooting isn't his problem. Getting shoved around in the paint and not staying in front of his man are the two biggies.
