We need Jacob, Jarron and Troy to hit 8 or 9 threes combined. They take enough of em, just gotta hit em against teams like UCLA. If they shoot well from 3 it opens up the paint and UCLA big men can't physically hang with Washington and Clark.

Cumberland makes a backdoor cut to the hoop, when in 4 years has KJ done that. Plus he seems to be the best rebounding guard we have.

I've been arguing since mid season he's outplayed Johnson and it's not even close and he should be starting.

Look there Cumberland comes in, penetrates the lane and finishes with a floater on the 1st possession.

It's night and day how much better our offense is with Cumberland on the floor compared to KJ.

SMUs master plan was apparently to let a 35% 3 point shooting team have free reign on the perimeter. If we want to get down to it, KJ is a liability on offense and doesn't even really need to be guarded.

We have hit open shots all year, they put defenders in the paint because they didn't want Gary Clark and Kyle Washington scoring easy baskets and getting offensive rebounds. Us missing open shots was a bonus, what your not understanding is if we hit those same open shots we would be laughing at...

I do find something curious. Washington is at least a decent 3 point shooter and showed that early in the year. However lately he isn't taking the shot when it's there. Wonder why?
