    Gelawn surgery

    Wish him a speedy recovery.

    New Arena

There were many reasons and I am not going to open up a hornets nest by stating them all. But I would enjoy the change in scenery.

    New Arena

I believe you can purchase season tickets for under $200 without a donation. At least it was that way a couple season ago. Those are bleacher seats however.

    New Arena

I allowed my seats to expire 2 seasons ago but would be one of the first to sign up for new ones if a move was made, even at an increase in price.

    New Arena

I have been to both Shootouts the past 2 years and enjoyed the experience. I was a season ticket holder back in the late 70's and 80's as well when it was our home court. The energy has always been better in the Shoe, but that is because our teams have been much better, I think. Given a choice...

    New Arena

lol. Where did you get the idea I am a nurse? But thanks for the compliment I think. I think everyone knows he wants to be here and be successful. And he stressed that point. But when you inject a negative comment into the article, that is what many people will take from it. That said, I am...

    New Arena

I walked away from the article feeling as if this was another case of Cronin blaming the refs for a loss. Just wish he would stop this practice. Looks so bad.

    New Arena

I love the Shoe but hate the parking. A few years ago, there were several other places available to park that were cheaper and much closer to the arena but all of those options were closed off. Never felt the high amount of bleacher style seating was attractive or conducive to a fun experience...

    Next years team

I am looking forward to next season. It has been a long time since we have had big men coming in that are being labelled as scorers and not athletes. My husband has been high on Strickland and thinks our fortunes would have been better had he been available. SK will be impossible to replace, but...

Is this as good as it gets?

I read a post by BearcatJeff that made a lot of since. Cincinnati fans see their sports as entertainment these days and are cool to keep it that way. Those that oversee our teams know that and feel no need to strive for perfection. Back in my day, things were different and it is hard to let go...

Is this as good as it gets?

Anbuc did the same to me when I first started Westcoastcat. Anyone who disagrees with him is L.T. Ignore him. Welcome to the forum.

    Game Day!!!

Coach Cronin cannot make shots for his players, but he is responsible for recruiting players who are incapable of making layups. So that, IMO, is on him. As my husband said, he recruits track and field stars instead of basketball players. I do like the freshman coming in but can they make layups?

    Game Day!!!

Heartbreaking loss. Nevertheless, no one expected us to be in the tourney from the get go so I still found the season a success. My problem is Cronin's recruiting process. Does he check to make sure these kid's can make a layup before he brings them to Clifton? That is something you cannot coach...

    Scouting Harvard

I like my Cats chances. Harvard hasn't faced a defense like ours all year and will not be prepared for it. 58-50 the good guys.

    Gunner Kiel

I like the possibility of Gunner coming to Clifton but he is not here yet. He is making a good move on his part but he has a track record for not honoring commitments. Lets hope that all is in the past. Go Cats!

    Cincinnati considering moving games downtown

The situation on campus does need improvement but space it hard to come by. Parking there is horrible, with your only options being arrive 2 hours ahead of time and hope for a street parking space close to the arena or the garage and the half mile trek straight uphill. Neither is appealing. The...

    2013-2014 Season

Jack Twyman's grandson is joining the Bearcats next season as a walk on. My hubby said he is quite a player so maybe he will get some court time. Hope he does. And Sean needs another year to show he is capable of playing NBA ball. I think he will get there with some help inside. Too many teams...

    Creighton Predictions

They did play hard, Mick. But I think the young man from Creighton is something special and deserves some credit. He is quite a player. We will give it another go next year.

    2013-2014 Season

Next season will be very exciting. I think things will click for us with the new additions adding an inside game to Cronin's game plan. I am also thrilled to see young Mr. Twyman joining us. Brings back memories of Jack's days with the Royals. A change of scenery is going to suit us and we have...

    ncaa tourney

Great season Cats. We fell a little short this year but made it again to the promise land. Thanks Cash, Alex, Jaquon, and Cheikh for the memories. Look forward to next season already. Go Cats!
