Junior wing Jeremy Hollowell scored 20 points.
Jeremy Hollowell, SF, Lawrence Central- As Lawrence Central and Park Tudor felt each other out during the first half, the 6-foot-6 junior wing was quiet. He hit a 3-pointer, got some rebounds and scored on a breakaway. During the second half, Hollowell was sent to play at the free throw line against Park Tudor's 2-3 zone and he proceeded to make play after play. He shot faked and drove to the rim, hit some medium-range jumpers, made crisp passes to move the defense and was dominant on the offensive glass. He finished with 20 points and double-digit rebounds in a very nice performance.

UC is a long shot for Hollowell... though I'm always the optimistic one so I prefer not to say for sure a prospective recruit isn't going to be a 'Cat- especially when they're still only a junior.

Hollowell said that Cincinnati made the final four because he likes the style of play and likes Big East basketball.

He is a pretty good shooter. I don't think we have any room for SFs, but it would be nice to add a pure shooter to the roster.

I still think he will become a Buckeye or a Hoosier. Going to be a good player wherever he ends up.
