That is an awfully long stretch lol. I am thrilled for the seniors though. Hope things turn out well for them. Go Cats.

I'm not saying from a talent standpoint- or from a basketball results standpoint.

I guess it's all about what you're looking for in life.

All I know is- I'd go to war with those guys. After what they've been through, the fact that they are not only still there but are now THRIVING is a testament to all of their wills.

I am extremely proud of this class and personally will always remember them as one of my favorites of all time.

I get what you're saying. When I look at a class and whether or not it was successful, the results on the court only tell part of the story. In the case with these guys, they had to believe in a coach with no Big East track record, play against more talented teams nearly every night for several years, deal with a divided fan base, endure some of the toughest and darkest years the program has ever had, and not only perservere but ultimately reach their goal. It has to be one of the most rewarding classes in UC history.

You can not say what that these seniors have done for UC and the fans any better than that my friend. Also, its great to see what they are leaving behind; a great foundation for success with the underclassmen. It only goes up from here.

i say to show the respect to these guys they all need to start and play some significant minutes vs Georgetown. i hope the ceremony before the game is better than its been for a while. These guys will go down as the beginning bearcats and will not be remembered for there greatness, but will not be forgotten because of there fight and determination. Let them start and heres hoping LD,RB,DW,BM,ET or IT has the best game of there career. GO UC!!!!! I would love to see Eddie get some good minutes, he deserves them and i think theres a good chance he could get some points on the board..

I don't know about Tyree getting a lot of minutes, but I DO think Biggie could be effective in this game and expect to see him play 10-15 minutes.

Good post, but do you really think Tyree has the slightest possibility to see minutes? The season isn't over, this is still a big game. I don't see it being a 30 point blowout. And if he did get minutes, I highly doubt he would score....just a guess.

Honestly with the amount of zone being played, I'm a bit surprised Biggie hasn't been getting a few minutes, but you can't argue with how much better the play is in he low post.

Gotta say I hope Mick sticks with the mix of M2M and zone, it's worked well.

As for the low post, if Yancy and especially Thomas can play as he did last game, this team will be tough to beat. Getting double digits out of Thomas is huge, with low turnovers.

I too hope to see the mix of zone and man... adding it into our arsenal is nice in general as it gives the defense more flexibility.

Finally secured my seat tonight. I'll be in Sec 115- look for the Levitt jersey folks!!! Very excited to see what I hope will be a great game in a great environment.

Shows what I know. Tyree gets minutes and he just almost scored. HA HA.

Hell of a game. Fun to watch, despite having to resort to espn3.com. Hopefully it made an impression on some of the football recruits there on their junior day. When do we find out the details regarding the Big East tourney?

Already know they're going to be the 7 seed playing at 7:00PM on Wednesday evening. Only thing left is to decide their opponent.
