They are 1-1...won 58-56 @ Seattle and lost 86-72 @ Oklahoma State. They also play @ Michigan State tonight.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff 47
UC 94

Poor Pine Bluff is currently getting drilled in East Lansing. Tough turnaround to have to come here Sunday. The life of a buy game school...

Was listening to an Iowa State podcast the other day and they also play Pine-Bluff and they were running down their schedule. Just brutal.

I think Mick said its something crazy. They are traveling over 20k miles before playing a home game. No way those kids are able to learn anything in the class room lol

They are learning how the modern collegiate economy works.

Oh and how to be exploited by people with more power than you for profit, a valuable real life skill class never prepares anyone for. They'll be broken before they even enter the system.

They lost 92-46 last night to Michigan State. I wish I could change my 94-47 prediction bc that score is so close.

I know this isn't going to happen but I would love to see a starting lineup of:

PG Jenifer
SG Capuain
SF Thomas
PF Clark
C Ellis

Gives us ability to have Cobbs scoring punch off the bench and let's Capuain play off the ball where IMO he would be more effective on offense. With Jenifers ability to create turnovers and make plays for other on offense it would really free Troy up. I know it leaves a little bit of a void at backup PG but Cobb is able to run the point and Capuain can run it as well with Jenifer off the bench.

Why is everyone trying to get Cobb out of the lineup? And in the name of more effective offense??? Really? Cobb just isn't getting the job done? Needs to be bumped out of the lineup? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And our offense definitely isn't broken. Plus, we have plenty of scoring options off the bench as is.

Did you watch the Bowling Green game? I love Jenifer too, but things did not run as smoothly when he was out there for extended minutes. And Cobb is the leading scorer right now and shooting 60% from 3. So turning him from starting SG to backup PG is confusing to me. Maybe Caupain would work better off the ball, but it's not all about how to rig the lineup so Caupain leads the team in scoring. If we're talking volume, I'd take Cobb's natural scoring ability over Caupain's any day. So I don't see how bumping the leading scorer into backup PG duties would help anything. Especially when you have to shift around the entire backcourt dynamic to make it happen. This idea seems forced.
