PUHA 1 win? 3 different years I won all the pools I was in. Domination.

Also, I was thinking, any chance that the person who comes in last could be banned for 1 week, then under his name we could come up with someothing that has to be there till next March? As for the winner, he also should get something under his name until the next year.

I vote no banning. We should sweeten the pot for the winner. Not only does the winner get a Tournament Champion user title, but he also gets to chose an avatar for last place for a month (or however long).
