a good option because it should be a guaranteed win?...Duke's only big win was against UNC at home...they lost 6 games by an average of 26.7 points...just seemed like a really weak opponent...

I didn't see this year's numbers but here is the payout from last year: Belk Bowl ($3,400,000). So figure about $1.7 Million in payout. Now, it will be divided across the conference but UC will get a good share of that money.

Tickets for UCATS are currently on sale through close of business Wed. night. General sales start on Thurs. Please buy a ticket even if it you can't go. It helps the Athletic Dept. offset costs of the ticket allotment if they don't sell them all. Anything left over and the AD has to eat it which cuts into the bowl payout

saw this article on Lance's page...the description of the matchup alone advertises the one-sidedness of this game...UC has to get out of the BEast because it is only going to get worse when it comes to respect/recognition nationally...
