Curious as to why exactly they play there? I really have no clue. Where does the money come from? Obviously not attendance. Nobody is picking up the game on ESPN etc. Ad dollars can't be too high. Does it come from PPV?

Iowa down 37-17 at the half to Louisiana....

Louisiana went 21-11 last year, 10-8 in the Sun Belt. Lost their top scorer but kept 2/3 scorer from last year. Currently 111 in KenPom

IMO Iowa wins 9 out of 10 times but 1-9 from 3 won’t win a lot of games.

Can still make a comeback. They have enough scoring to do it.

Haha I like your style! I was just brewery hopping in Richmond last Saturday. I love the craft stuff. It's stout season for me though.

My wife used to be a bartender and that's her preference (stout). She is now a nurse but still likes stout...and also weird cider stuff (uggh).

I have found out some interesting things about her in terms of sports (only married since January). She was a Golden Girl dancer at FLA ST back in the day and used to tutor Bobby Sura (as well as Warren Sapp). When she became a nurse she was in NICU in Orlando and was there to help deliver Tiger Woods first (I think) baby. I am still waiting to get my Master's tickets, Super Bowl tickets and luxury box seats for March Madness.

Turns out it doesn't work that way. It also turns out those things don't mean as much to her as it does to me...lol!

We might win but I am not sure this is the best thing that could have happened in terms of RPI. Iowa seemed like a borderline top 50...now not so much.

Iowa really doesn't look impressive, especially on defense. Lots of laziness. Cajuns up 51-37.

There is a CHANCE Louisiana could be a top 100 team, for what its worth... more likely to be 101-150

Agreed. Not going to spend my time worrying about other teams and the what ifs. Just win. We know we need to win 2 out of the 3 (X, Fl, and UCLA) for serious seeding and respect.

17 points in a half? I could have seen that happening to us in years past but not this year. That's insane! I wonder what our low half total will be this year?
