Too bad it is in a crummy part of town, doesn't have nearly the seating required, and is sort of a dump. As far as views go, it doesn't have a lot of bad seats. I know that UC would never play there and Im glad they wouldn't, but it is an interesting piece of property and I will be interested to see what happens to it. It is valued around 2.4 million, but I doubt it would fetch that much with the condition it is currently in......

I took ice skating lessons there as like a 4 year old, briefly. Didn't pay off. I suck at ice and roller skating to this day.

I don't see that place as having any value. Probably headed for a tear down.

Have to agree it isn't much use to UC but I still hate the thought of it being demolished. I skated there as well,watched the Globtrotters,Royals,Shirne circus and many concerts there. One of my first jobs was cleaning up after the events. Dick Johnson was our boss and he walked around with a big german shepard and supervised the work.
