We need him, Mick, the AD, Prez etc to be everywhere in this town. Sports stags, downtown, P&G, Kroger events. Church events, golf events. I certainly don't feel their presence. I'm only talking bout being a little more visible, with passion, enthusiasm. I know their job is hectic but.

Wow, everyone should watch this. He is so genuine. He even went after OSU a little. He is definitely thinking UC first.

He mentioned the kids were wanting to mentored/led. Was not an intentional jab at CTT, but sure sounds like he could feel the kids were in need of a leader.

Since he had never looked around for a job, and no one had went after him, I thought possibly he was a good D coach, but must have lacked some natural leadership skills or was not real coach material. Boy was I wrong. Dude believes in leading, giving tough love, etc.

Honestly, I am not sure how that works. If I had to guess, Fickell reached out and the schools probably aren't going to tell him no. Especially with how many buzz he has been generating.
