Chris Mullen was hired by St.Johns. He used to be a guard for the red storm. Interesting hire

Ill be interested in who Tennessee and Texas go out and get.

Also Alabama could be interesting if they are willing to throw some of that money out there.

I think Marshall from Wichita State goes to Alabama, Shaka Smart goes to Texas

Marshall said it would take a "crazy offer" from bama for him to leave, and that athletic apartment does have the money so it will be interesting to see how much they are willing to offer. Kind of hope both stay

Dave Leitao will return as DePaul's next coach, according to sources. Bryce Drew and Bobby Hurley turned it down.

And ive also heard Dan Hurey turned down st. johns

Looks like no one wants to coach in the big east anymore haha

There's a lot of things on Texas wanting Shaka but nothing on shaka saying he wants to go to texas

Scroll on ESPN said both Marshall and Smart were interested in Texas job, no idea where they got it

DePaul rehired Dave Leitao. Oh DePaul...

I don't get this one at all, unless everyone else turned them down. St. John's going after Mullins is an odd one too. Unless he has a stable of proven recruiters or a worldwide wes at his disposal he's going to struggle getting players.

St. John's banking on the fact the Chris played there and is an NBA Hall of Famer. I don't know if he has any coaching experience. If he does, he could do a good job there. If not, it could be difficult to convince a kid that you know how to coach him. What else was St. John's going to do though? They aren't as good a program as they probably think they are.

I heard an interview last night with Metta World Peace. He's in Italy now and he was saying the only thing he'd retire for was the head coaching job at St. John's. He was dead serious, but I don't think he has real coaching experience either.
