When did we offer Elijah Macon espn has us as one his top 3 he originally signed with wv but changed his mind he is ranked 45th by espn I have not checked my scout account but yesterday he was not on our prospect list. iowa uc usc and wv are only teams who have offers to him, x is on the list with no offer.
