First home game

Adriatrico's, Mac's, Christy's, Murphy's would be the four I would recommend. Good beer, food, and atmosphere before the game.

As a student I always went to Mac's on McMillan. I lived on Wheeler, so it made the most sense. Can't beat pizza and beer though. It can be a little pricy but it's solid.

Adriaticos is the happening place but it isn't very big so make sure you get there early. Like several hours before the game early.

I went there after the Bama game and was really impressed with the new location. Nice TV's, a huge project screen, awesome beer list, and always, the pizza is amazing.

I did the Mecklenberg Gardens thing for the first time for the Pittsburgh game. The food is not bad and they have a good selection of beers. The best part is that they provide a shuttle service to and from the game.

The only bad part is that this place is old as crap. That's cool in some respects. One of the poor respects is that you are unlikely to see one attractive female there.

BW3 is what it usually is but it will be crowded. Haven't really tried much else before hoops games.

Is Adriaticos a pizza place? I think it was around when I attended UC.

It is and it was but it has moved locations and now you can dine in. They used to just carry out or deliver and they used to be on Jefferson.

Basically The intersection of West Clifton and Wheeler . The place is a great dive, a ton of dart boards and free all you can eat popcorn. Its just a block down from McMillan strip. Def check it out!
