Biggest win of season.
Great effort by Yancy (espec when he stayed down low), Dixon, and Bishop...who called his bank shot 3 pointer.
Kudos to Jackson, who played hard on both ends.
Depth was a BIG factor tonite.
Absolutely huge f'n win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great effort and poise down the stretch.
Now go get fitted for those dancing shoes!

he also mentioned the focus of continuing to better the program...on the inside, being the fan of UC that he is, you know he is loving this win tonight and this season. As he said, "no one is going to rain on his parade"...Listening to the postgame show. Mick says it not about just making the tourney, but continuing to improve and winning games once you get there. That's what I like to hear.
If anyone has any more updates from Cronin's post game interview with Dan and Chuck, I would love to hear it. I was so pumped I forgot to turn it on!
great post...mick and the boys deserve it for all their hardwork and efforts...i hope the Shoe' will be filled, loud, and rocking on SundayDan Hoard asked Mick as the last question of the postgame show if he told the guys he was proud to be their coach after tonight (Like he said to them after the Louisville game). He said he had some BE commitment right after the game, but when he did go to the locker room they were all dancing in there. As happy as we all are tonight, just think how happy all the players are, especially the seniors who had to go through the rebuilding process, play in a half empty FTA, and here constant negativity from the fanbase. Sweet vindication. I will be there on Sunday and on senior day. Can't wait to show my appreciation for what the seniors have done for the program.

Wow Yancy, Dion, Rashad... Awesome games.
Mick coached a brilliant game imo. He went away from Larry and Wilks when they didnt bring much. Made key adjustments.
Justin Jackson played his best game in a bearcat uniform.
Not only that, going zone was a brilliant move on Mick's part and really took Georgetown out of their back-cut style of the Princeton offense and made them shoot over the top.

I'll admit I was a skeptic towards the end of the first half after G-Town knocked in two threes on consecutive possessions against the Zone. But the defense outside of that short stretch which included allowing I believe 3 offensive rebounds, was excellent.
