How does that eligibility work? Why doesn't he have to sit out?

Heard Texas was an option? I don't see that. They have Ehlinger. I get the Herman thing but Ehlinger was pretty good last year for a FR.

He redshirted his first year, and this his third year and graduated. Therefore a graduate transfer.

Since Burrow decided to go to LSU (probably a good pick on his part), it is in some ways a relief for Luke Fickell. UC"s QB situation would have been dicey to say the least. UC has bigger concerns than the QB spot moving forward. Building a program takes time, and we are on the right track.

Why would it have been dicey? The best player plays, period. Fickell wouldn't have went hard after him if he didn't want him. I'm really starting to question your deductive reasoning.
