AK says UC is the big Unknown in the BE, goes on to say that the preseason pick of 12 was apparently low but its hard to tell with the soft schedule. Predicts UC will end up in the NIT.... a good read on the BE though

I am surprised by the amount of non believers. I understand we haven't beat the best of teams but we are demolishing all the decent teams we play.

This is good though. The longer this teams plays with a chip on their shoulder, the more likely they are to avoid a let down. There will be a game this year where they play horrible and lose (it happens to every team, every year) but the longer they can avoid it, the more confidence they will have. If the Bearcats can find a way to start the season 16-0 by beating Nova, they will be a runaway train that will be difficult to stop. Only at that point will this team be ranked. It is unfortunate but that's life right now.

It is simply a matter of time until the National media takes notice of the Bearcats. 16-0 after beating Villanova on the road will make them stand up and take notice.

I agree Jason...Mick even said that these guys need to stay hungry and unrecognized...win against Depaul should be the focus, and it seems to be.

I feel that if the Cats win against Depaul and Seton Hall, that will get them ranked in the top 25. They are currently 29th in the AP Poll. When we take on Xavier we will have a #25 by our name if the Seton Hall and Depaul games go well.
